Process

You will receive updates after I have completed every stage of your commission, following this order

Edits and changes are only fixable without fees if noticed before I have moved on to the next stage: for example, I cannot change a lineart error if I am currently rendering the piece - So please take time to look over the updates carefully and let me know what needs fixed!My wait time varies vastly, as will be discussed when purchasing your piece - however if your wait time ever exceeds 6 months you are entitled to claim a full refund.Rude behaviour, pestering and general harassment in any way may result in a full cancellation of your commission.(This doesnt mean I don't want to discuss your art, and I am infact excited to do so!!)

Discovery of the use of sexist, racist, abelist, homophoic or otherwise hateful or harmful behaviour can result in your commission being cancelled with either no / a partial refund.I do not do business with those who align themselves with Zoophiles or MAPs, as well as other obviously hateful groups such as Nazi furs and the like.

Usage

Please tag me or give decent credit the first time you upload the image.I appreciate credit each time your piece is uploaded, however this is not necessary.You may not remove my signature / watermark. If you require a copy of the image without this, please discuss with me.
(My watermark is very small and never obstructs the main focus of the piece.)You may edit my work if you are the client, however this does not give you the right to claim it as your own.
(Good use example: Sketch by Penny The Moo, Coloured by me!)I will never prophit off your piece unless we have come to a prior agreement on this. There will never be prints, stickers or any other products created without consent. - If you do not want your piece to be uploaded by me or used in my own advertising material please make me aware of this.
These rules will vary if you commission me to draw my own OC!I do not work on NFT, AI or Cryptocurrancy projects.I give no permission for my work, commissioned or otherwise to be used in the training of AI software's or projects.Your piece is yours, however I do ask that you do not use it to generate prophit without consulting me. If you are commissioning the piece in order to sell products, other rules will apply and you must disclose this. This does not apply for streaming assets like PNG tubers or emotes.

Will and Won’t

I specialise in;- Anthro / Furry characters
- Plus size charactersI will draw;- NSFW and fetish content (with reasonable limits)
- SFW ‘feral’ or non-bipedal characters
- Non-original characters / Fan art that isn’t a copyright risk
- Drug and alcohol use (with reasonable limits)
- SFW Taur charactersI will NOT draw;

I do not currently draw Penny in sexual setting with OCs that don't belong to my partner or are not canon to existing public media- I'm sorry for the inconvenience!Suggestive art is fine, but not sexual acts!

- Drug or alcohol abuse (Use is considered)
- NSFW ‘feral’ or non-bipedal characters
- Underage characters in unsafe or NSFW situations
- Depictions of murder or extreme gore
- Scat, vomit
- Baby fur related content
- Humans (Skill issue)
